Took my canoe out for a spin

I fixed the dog too, but that was the hardest

I took a trip to Wasaga beach
I went windsurfing, I got sunburned
Read the newspapers so much these days
So much it seems I`ve learned
I called you once but the line was busy
I bought you a birthday card
Finding one that was appropriate was actually not that difficult
But sending it was hard

I stayed away from some parties
I bought a few LP`s
I taped them - oh yeah, I bought a walkman too
I treat TV like it`s some disease
I`m eating healthier than ever now
As much as my budget will allow
I bought a t-shirt that says I`m With Stupid -
Can`t seem to put it on somehow
Been a good summer
