Note: Both in the lead guitar and in the bass part, chords only indicate the overall harmony. There`s no rhythm guitar strumming the chords.
As to the lead guitar part... there`s neither bar division nor rhythm notation. I hope you understand, it seemed impossible to me... anyhow I wrote indicative chord names above the tab and tried to divide the solo in phrases. Maybe this is not what Gary Moore actually plays, but I think it`s a very good approximation. Here it is:

Now and then there`s a second guitar playing chords on the high positions, e.g. (from low E to high E): Dm: x-x-12-10-10-10, or Em7: x-x-9-9-8-10, or Am: x-x-x-14-13-12.
In the final (shuffle) part, just play chords and notes around the 5th and 7th fret with a little bit of improvisation.
As to the bass part... there are some variations to the progression here and there, so I tabbed the song in full though it basically consists of verse and chorus repeated over & over. You will find the song is quite syncopated, and maybe not all the notes are in the right place. It`s not 100% correct but it`s the best I could do.
